3. STOP EATING BEFORE BED 

Get those cheetos out of your mouth!! Throw them away, and get some sleep. Your body already is trying to work off the rest of the food you ate earlier, don't make it work too hard while you're sleeping. You can still eat whatever you want throughout the day, just do it in a timely matter.

2. DRINK MORE WATER

Chug! Chug! Chug! Eat and drink whatever you have been, just drink extra water to help you digest and keep your body hydrated. It will help with everything! Drink a nice big glass before bed, especially! 

1. SLEEP AT LEAST 8 HOURS

You actually gain weight when you sleep less, so get that 8 hours (at least)! Throw in a nap if you have to! Don't over work the body. It does no good! 

These ways to stay in shape, are probably nothing you've never heard before! It's just always nice to have reminders and little boosts though! Lately I've needed that to keep my body on track.
